okay, since i'm currently stoning in front of tv, I shall update this *wonder how ppl can update their blogs everyday* **maybe its just that my life is totally boring** o.O
well, what happened since the last time I updated?
weekdays went by like a bluuuur, its like a constant routine. wake up about 10ish everyday, go for roughly 2-3hrs of class, and come home at 1pm everyday. dig the cupboards for lunch and hv it while watching tv. I can even remember the line of shows. oprah, ready steady cook, judge judy *euw*, dharma & greg, huey's kitchen, bold & beautiful, news at 5. by this time i'd fall asleep or switch to doing something else alr. haha, such is my uni's sem 2 life. nt bad actually, quite chilling...fine, very chilling. haha, some of them science students hv like around 23 hrs a week. we commerce students have 12 hrs :D
friday night came, and at first was planning to head to vii, bt plans changed and at midnight, chung, su and I ended up at crown instead lol. my luck was sooo shitty that words cant even describe it. su and I played baccarat on the $10 table. btw, I set a budget for myself, which was $40. guess how many rounds I played? 4. yes, 4. I cant believe I lost all 4 rounds. and all of it were like 7 against 8 or 8 against 9, or even tie. fml man, lol. after that we were totally broke, bt we decided to withdraw another $20, to play one last round and also for cab fare. we sat at the $20 table with chung. I watched him play a bit, and he was winning quite a few rounds, so what did I decide to do? yes, I decided to follow him one round, with all of my $20, hoping that I could at least lessen my losings by $20. just my luck, that was the round that chung lost. omgwth right! this is my 3rd time going to crown, and its my 3rd time losing everything in there. conclusion, never again I'll be going to crown. that's unless there's a super lucky person around me/parents. teehee. bt yes, I think gambling's nt my thing, which is, haiiihs. and the funny thing is, I lost everything within 30mins, bt we stayed there for 4 hrs. what the hell was I doing for the rest of the 3.5hrs? I say thank god for bbm! lol
slept in on sat, only leaving the hse around 3 to get books from uni bookstore and head to carlton gardens cause chung had to do some work thing. su and I camwhored while waiting for him. spent only bout an hr there, bt it felt like so long because it was soo cold! our fingers were all freezing and hurting.
left at 5, came hme to change, and left house for my birthday dinner. had ying thai's at lygon, mmm the yellow curry crab and mince meat is the bomb! we always order the same thing when we go there, and it always never fails us (: dinner ended early at 8 because we only had the table till 8. so we hopped to miss L, a bar behind my apartment. stayed there for a few drinks, playing stupid coin games and 007. haha, yes russ if yr reading this, I will scull a jug of beer for you. bt that's unless I can do it 4 times in a row! trust me, i'll be practicing it. lol. left around 11 to get bubble tea at tenren's in the city. stood around and soon the rest left us for bubble, leaving only violet, candice, chung and I. violet had a craving for burgers, so where did we end up at? MCD! :D haha. and yes, midnight came when I was at McD. haha cool eh? living every kid's dream! left around 1.
ironically, dont rmb doing much on sunday. haha. stayed home the day, and went out for dinner. had a good dinner & dessert at lygon. mmmm. there goes my bday for another year. thanks to all who wished me (: truly made my day.
tadaa, weekend over, and rountine officially starts again, sad. this whole week is gonna be filled with work, hving to finish all of my assignments earlier thanks to a certain someone who couldn have chosen more of a perfect date to come :( poopedy poop.
